I would tend to agree, but with this caveat. When I say I'm sick, it's legit. It rarely happens. Not everyone is like that. Some people will say a runny nose due to allergies is being sick, and not just females.

Unless you're running a fever over 100.9 to me..you aren't sick (as far as cold/flu/sinus is concerned)
