I think you have two needs here.
1) You need help structuring yourself as more than just a guy with a name... you want to have the look and image of a firm. You also need help with what I call the "vision and mission thing"
For this, reach out to SCORE in Baton Rouge.

2) You need help negotiating a contract with your current client.
SCORE can help you with the general terms and path, and you need an attorney skilled in contract law to help you write the contract.
