I'm confused, you are looking to add someone to your consulting practice to help you with the consulting work?

If you bring someone in to help you, then that person is likely going to be an employee of yours, so you will have payroll tax reporting to handle.

As far as how to find someone, It seems to me you would look for another person with a similar background to yours in nursing, and who would enjoy this different angle of it. IF you have that many nurses around, you should have the contacts to find someone.

Another option is that I believe UNO has a MBA program with an emphasis on Health Care management, so you may be able to contact UNO and they can send you some resumes of their students and recent grads.

I'm not looking for talent.... I have the talent.

I'm looking for a business that excels in contract negotiation and consulting rates.

My expertise is in nurse counseling, rework assessments, risk assessment, and dealing with healthcare administration.

I don't want to run a staffing agency.....the company I work for is great and has unlimited resources and business relationships, jcaho gold seals....etc

What I need is a structure and a contract expert to seal the deal. Currently I'm 1099 but if went to the table providing a more broad service as a FIRM, with the relationship I have with the CEO I know he would bite. He loves me and he knows I've been an integral part of his companies success. He understands my value and he has always rewarded me when we meet goals.

He is also a guy that is very "plan oriented." He needs to see the vision and the cost and what he'd be paying for. I don't have he time to create that and I'm looking for a company that can create that plan.
