Again, even in Detroit and Memphis, most blacks are law abiding and non-violent. I don't give a rat's arse about South Africa. It is as corrupt as sheeot.

I am sorry to say, I don't believe so, if most black folks were good, it would show in the stats of black governed cities. Unfortunately it is not so.
