So why are they targeting defenseless kids? Because they are really just gutless thugs ?? Sad that this is supported by so called Christians/Americans ...

My guess would be that children is a placeholder for post-pubescent teenagers, meant to elicit this exact kind of reaction.
At the very least, I hope so. I understand anti-immigrant sentiment in those countries, but attacking actual children can never be condoned.

Please tell me that you don't actually believe that. They are targeting the ones that have been terrorizing the populace for quite some time. The govt has hung their own citizens out to dry and they are beginning to fight back. Everybody had to see this coming. I'm afraid that it will get very ugly.
