re: Every online game rubber banding/warping (Steam) - low ping and Speedtests ok

Here's a tracert to a TF2 server I played on last night - really doesn't matter which I trace because this happens in all servers at any time of day.

And this happens in basically all online games, just not sure how to get the IPs are easy as you can in TF2:
