I think you'll like Seven Psycopaths a lot. Not on the level you're describing In Bruges to be, but then again, neither is In Bruges. But McDonagh really is a master at that dark humor and a lot of it shows up in Seven Psycopaths. You'll likely enjoy it. Give it a try

i know, i know. a little recency bias. my kind of movie though. love it. i had forgotten how good it was
