Because they coddle the better players and dont teach any fundamentals or teach them to execute offensively of defensively. Also, it is very watered down because every dad/uncle has a team and they throw them together as quickly as they fold. Also give the kids inflated egos that the high school coaches have to get back in check because their is no accountability because they will jump from team to team.
