Affording the house and furnishing it isn't really an issue. I'm not saying I can buy everything all at once but I can afford to buy stuff after. I was mainly thinking along the lines of if I came across a good deal and such. A local appliance store is closing down and selling stuff at good prices.

And my sister has agreed to let me use her basement to keep from paying a storage fee.
