the faster you want shite, the more it costs
estimate what you or the thing that Demands better, want will cost you. Then factor that into your purchase price.
don't over extend yourself on the home and then have to sit in outdated squalor.
If you get an eye for old shite, it's a great time, because a bunch of baby boomers are dying and you can deck your shite out with some pimpass 60's quality.
