CA you get 11 alone from Brady and Elway. PA has Kelly and Montana (8). I would think CA has the most but LA may be second

Not at state, I"m not looking up high schools, but Purdue has 6/50 games, 30/100 QBs from Non-BCS team (unofficially, quickly counted), and Delaware has two separate players (Flacco, Rich Gannon).
