did a year next door at sterling in 2000. those seemed like identical apartment complexes. then upgraded, downgraded, then upgraded again. frick moving

sterling was definitely higher grade than the commong when i did my tour in 02-04

I was one of the first people to move in there. That first keg party at the pool that year for freshmen drop off was pretty epic. Think that was ythe night my roomate drove his Bronco threw the pond. Good times
