did a year next door at sterling in 2000. those seemed like identical apartment complexes. then upgraded, downgraded, then upgraded again. frick moving

The commmons weren't that bad at one time. But now, they look old.
I lived in Brightside Estates for 3 years. Those still look relatively good.
