Trying to set up a system on my grandpa's TV so he can watch his beloved St Louis cardinals games. Anyone have any experience with any of these devices and the mlb app. I read the fire stick buffers alof. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The MLB app on the new apple tv is loaded with features and extra content if you think your grandpa would take advantage of them. You can watch 2 games simultaneously

and live stats

it works great on the roku but i like the guy above me wrote apple tv just invested bigtime in making their mlb.tv app legit.

I assume you mean MLB.tv, not MLB network.

I have 4 firesticks and a firebox all running in my house and the only time I have any buffering issues is when I have a bad stream on kodi, or need to update the kodi software or channels. I have a 150 mb down and 15 mb up connection and have no issues running 4 of the sticks at the same time without buffering.

If you are getting one though I would get the firebox over the stick.
