Why are you such a silly bitch all the time? I don't get why you can't just be straight forward. I might be an a-hole, but at least I am consistent.

I guess I have to simplify the question. When you are issued a criminal trespass citation for unknowingly trespassing, would that citation be different than one you get for willingly trespassing? If so, how do you make the distinction between the two?
