Losing to OU will not hurt our NCAA Ty shot.

Losing home games to UGA or State or Florida or Mizzou or alabama will hurt us very much.

Avoid bad losses and win the games we are supposd to win and we'll get in the NCAA's. What we did in Nov-Dec will be downplayed because of us missing two starters/major contributors.

so basically lsu has to win all but A&M, USCe, UK, and OU, and one other game where LSU sleepwalks, refs take over, etc

Finishing very strong means a lot to the tournament committee. Especially with a young team that starts to put it all together fairly late. The committee wants competitive games in the tournament. For teams on the bubble [and LSU will perhaps be that even at 14-4], what one does in February and in their Conference Tournament means a lot.
