Only if you live there otherwise it is a $200 muni course. The south course is a very good golf course.

It's a muni but it's much more to play. The booking fee alone is $40.

It is a goat track though until it hosts the Open (2021 next) The holes that run along the Pacific make for a great view but other than that it's just a very historic, very average muni with lots of merchandise to purchase.
