It's been terrible. And now he's on a drilling rig for the rest of the season, so he's done unless we try the geese again in a few weeks.

It seems since they've been managing Wham, the surrounding private areas have declined every year. Used to be, it'd get full of water, had permanent blinds, etc. and you could go out to the private places on the weekends and bust their arse most of the time. We still see a lot of birds, but they all lock up and sail into Wham. When you drive over the bridge you can tell they are keeping the water level lower than they used to.

Yea, Wham has seemed to have improved the last few years when everything else has declined. Not sure what the deal is. I've hunted around there since I was a kid and it's definitely seen its better days. This year has set a new low for shitty though.
