I just bought a Prius a month ago. I drive 80-85 every day to and from work. I like the fact that combined with city driving I have still managed to get 43.8mpg and not had to drive under 60 everywhere.
If I would drive in the 55mph range Id actually get 50+ per gal but I drive around 200-250 miles a day.

Did you do the math on your payback? You could've saved thousands by getting a Corolla vs. a Prius. So with gas at $1.50 a gallon, it will take a lot of driving to make up the initial costs.
