Simmons is using the season as a combine. He's athletically superior, so he'll have a double double most times. And this is going to be unpopular, but here I go... he plays like he doesn't care about what the team accomplishes, that whatever they do is just extra on top of his skills tour.

He plays like a fricking freshman who is passive and won't get in the face of his mediocre teammates. If you think that means he doesn't care about the team then that is on you.
If ANYTHING, he cares too much about the team and it shows in his passive play.

He's one of the most unselfish players I've ever seen with his talent. He's probably too unselfish
