re: State farm Auto insurance going up 14%

update on my safeco savings. went up from $2200 to $3300 for no apparent reason this upcoming year. emailed my agent and told them to get it back down or i'm gone. I checked esurance and their yearly total (paid monthly) is ~$2500 "paid in full" price for equal coverage is $1300 for the year. I feel like there's a catch.
