I just converted my old wingmaster to a home defense shotgun. Magpul fore end, 18" barrel, +2 mag extender, side saddle for 6 shells on the receiver.
I keep it loaded with #6. I wouldn't have a shot over 15 feet in my house and if an intruder was behind a door I have no doubt I could still frick them up.
