Well we haven't bought any more flip projects because it is so damn slow. Probably won't buy another in 2019.
We are working on our first commercial deal and just wrote the last check for our portion. It's a 2-3 year deal that should work out pretty well in the long run. May get to take a pic like the one you posted. haha
