This is a complete shite show here 
No room service for Phish fans, no free internet, no take out at the restaurants, no eating without reservations which are hard to make, no guests. It will be interesting to see how this plays out for the shows. This place is far from all inclusive. Transportation was impossible, and the resort is packed full of people not going to the shows. We also have limited access to food and drinks compared to the other patrons.

edit for anyone there: one thing I just found out, if you're not staying at Barcelo or a close resort, your shuttle back is about 45 min and if you miss it, you're on your own. YIKES
