So if that is what you are talking about I think you are correct with your grouping.
My team power is 18,266. Currently ranked 616, and all of my possible opponents have team power over 20k.
The guy ranked #174 in my group has a 7* Sid level 66.

Yea my power is only like 7500. But I have never lost a battle. Except one time when I got a phone call, it gave me a draw somehow.
Most guys at my rank are power lv 8000 or so now. So it is getting tougher. Plus when you get that low they don't let you move up fast. Before I was jumping up by hundreds. Now I only fight people around 20 spots to me or less.
