"And who are you again"...are you in 7th grade? Well since you asked I just happen to be an acting coach with over 75 years of experience and 14 Oscar winners under my tutelage. Or maybe I'm just giving an opinion like everybody else does on every message board ever.

Well your opinion sucks. Even people who believe Tom Hanks is just Tom Hanks in every movie will admit that his performances in Philadelphia and Forrest Gump were worthy of the Oscars he received. Similarly, even if you believe Leo is always Leo and lacks range (which is horseshite, but whatever) there are plenty of performances he's given that should have garnered him an Oscar. In fact, most Oscar wins are by actors who do not "disappear" in their characters. To say that's the only way to be great, the only way to win an Oscar, is ignorant bordering on stupidity.
