To the point... I broke my jaw playing a high school sport(I'd give more specific info but anonymity is clearly at a premium here and I'm sure many would remember). It was a compound fracture that broke through the gum line and the bleeding damn near choked me to death. Had to be surgically fixed and wired shut for a little more than 6 months. That sucked, all there is to it...
