I'm not sure what he means either. It's no secret that some MC's control some, hell a lot, of the drug markets in the country already and drug traffickers cross the border daily.

If biker gangs ran the illegal drug biz in this country, they'd put manpower on the border to stop the traffickers from coming across. They'd be more effective than the Feds.
If it's bikers against cartels, my money is on the bikers every time.
