re: North Carolina Vacation - Breweries and Restaurants

I'm heading up there for the first time next weekend. I am planning on hitting up Oskar Blues on the way in to town since it is in Brevard. I also plan on a day trip to Black Mountain and Morganton to check out Fonta Flora Brewery among others.

I'd also love to hear people's opinions about the Asheville area. Any tips appreciated.
