Not needed...If not open, don't shoot. Don't need to elevate 30+ inches every time, it just takes too much energy to be consistant like he needs to be, and esp. when he's out 20' from the basket late in the game...Sure he can hit it, but legs get tired. Needs a compact, reproducible shot IMO. Guy needs to do that in the lane, and really shouldn't shoot outside the paint, unless clock is running out, and has too IMO. He can run the court, defend (which has gotten better), and crash the boards for rebounds, but his jump shots from 3 point range should be limited, as it doesn't help, and usually leads to a fast break for the other team...
