Good.

Notre Dame and Stanford had no business (2-loss teams)

Didn't LSU have 2 losses (Kentucky and Arkansas) in 2007?

I admitted to being an LSU fan, so I am well aware. That is the only 2-loss title in the modern era. If a season like that happens, fine. Otherwise, no a 2 loss team should not have a shot with 5+ 1-loss teams in P5 conferences.

Because nearly every other team in the Top 5 had two losses. That year was an anomaly.

I'd rather one team get left out of playing for a championship than have 2-3 teams who are aren't worthy play for it. We simply can't take the regular season to the point where losing twice is inconsequential. I said this in another thread but the regular season in CFB is the best season in sports. Whoever wins the playoff has to win two tough games in a row but at the end of the day, that team is a very worthy champion and didn't backdoor their way into anything. Expanding to 8 would devalue it. Then the same douches who cry about the fairness of having 8 teams will want 16.

If we do expand, do we take away a regular season game? Do we get rid of or keep conference championship games? Moving from 4 to 8 changes a lot of the fundamentals of the college football season.
