i certainly disagree here, there is far too much variance in scheduling, most likely because there is not a universally agreed upon standard among all P5 schools.


its a joke that Baylor and Stanford, for examples, can head into this season with the same opportunities as playoffs teams considering the schedules they both played.

I don't see it this way. Let's say both teams played their schedule to the tune of 1 loss, you don't think Stanford would've been in over Baylor because of the strength of their schedule?
