he has a law degree which in my book is part of his problem. Who gets a law degree and never practices law. I think he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and is a spoiled brat. Yea Clay I know you read this site.

Matt Jones of Kentucky Sports Radio...he graduated 2cd at law school at Duke University. Started the KSR website and turned into a successful radio show that is carried on over 30 markets in Kentucky. Was asked to run against Andy Barr in upcoming Congressional race this year, but turned it down because he is having so fun and success covering University of Kentucky athletics.

I like him but don't love him....clay Travis' positives....
-when he talk politics(conference alignment), Economics(cable/ESPN issues), and general opinion pieces(confederate flag issue) he seems really knowledgable and is fun to read.
-his weekly mailbags on his site are usually a fun read. Pretty original idea clay....
Clay Travis negatives...
- total pompous arse that thinks he is smarter than everyone in the room. Not as bad at Colun Cowherd though. Not yet at least.
-stoops to the lowest denominator in order to seem relevant on Twitter. My feed blows up with his retweets whenever he insults anyone. Comes off as amateur hour.
- wants to be a higher energy Paul Finebaum. We do not need a new Paul Finebaum
All that being said I want him to become Director of programming for the SEC Network. He would make it appointment television.

Plenty of people get law degrees and never practice law.
