Keep this in mind when looking at his statistical track record at Wisconsin. His division in the Big10 is weak. This is the big stage in the SEC. Good luck, sir.

I believe he ran a 3-4 defense at Wisc. Is he known for blitzing a lot or very little? At least he'll have some decent talent to begin his new position.
