Lansky Deluxe kit will do everything you need. If you want to get crazy with it you can pick up the sapphire stone and leather attachments.
Wicked Edge is a similar system but much better and more user friendly but you can buy 15 Lanskys for the price.

Buy a cheap belt sander with fine grit and leather strapping belts. It will sharpen any thing to a razors edge.
