Wasn;t close to the right rule. He didn't lead with his head, hit with his shoulder and didn't target his head.
Absolute horrible call and this officiating crew should be demoted after the game.

Not the right call because the ball carrier lowered his head to initiate the helmet to helmet contact. The hit from the defender was aimed at the chest.

But it wasn't the correct call. The replay ref didn't want to throw his co-ref under the bus & reverse the call.
