Not really. But they do tend to represent a disturbingly large sub-class of that population. One that, due to trends in breeding facilitated by gov't subsidization and policies that have eviscerated the black family unit, (to a further degree than other races, though it effects them too.) is growing. I don't wholly blame them, as it is the environment in which they are largely raised which produces this mentality to a certain extent. But individual responsibility must begin somewhere.
