Statistics aren't exactly "racist". I don't even know what that term is supposed to mean anymore as liberally as it is hurled around.

I also take issue with statistics that include suicide in the "gun violence" category. That's misleading.

The whole mess of it is misleading. Until all facets of society are willing to face tough truths and call a spade a spade I'm afraid there's little hope for productive discourse in this country.

I didn't say statistics aren't racist. In fact I was about to post that the comment to which I responded was not racist, in my opinion. But let's not pretend that there are not some pretty racist comments here on the OT on a daily basis.

Interesting how this thread has gone.

People that experienced this type of situation for the first time will never be the same. And on Christmas. What the f is wrong with people?
