In most cases, people don't make the probowl until a season or two where they are worthy, but continue to make probowls a couple seasons after they are not.

Came here to post this. He was nowhere near pro bowl quality this year. He held out for more money despite having a few years left on his contract AND his play was average. Such a joke.
