Teams make bad hires all of the time. Gentry was a bad hire as a head coach. GM's are egotistical (Demps is no exception). Think for a moment that he fired a coach that went to the playoffs and hired a guy that is a loser, Gentry is a good assistant but bad head coach. Demps is proving he is a bad GM.

Gentry is looking like a bad hire for this group of players. Which I put on the GM.
I also put on the GM that didn't have the foresight to see these problems coming.
It shouldn't of taken a quarter of a season to see that Tyreke Evans is a ball stopper and struggles with pace, off ball motion and quick decision-making. Or that Ryno has cement for feet. Or that our roster is out of alignment and is too back court heavy with pieces throughout the roster that aren't complimentary enough.
