877-408-1155 VOIP Scam

Anyone have this done to you?

They've been crediting my account 1 cent randomly over the past few months. I called Chase about it and they were useless. Well today, I wake up to a charge of $39.75 for VOIP. I just called and they tried to tell me I signed up for a free trial. Really?? Well, they said they'd refund and cancel the account they apparently created for me.

Anyone else have experience with this? I'm really pissed at Chase as well because I told them about this the fricking first time it happened. I googled the number and this scam popped up. The bitch acted like it was nothing and now this happened.


Another note, anyone in Texas use Independent? We're thinking of switching.
