Who has won in this league for 4 years or more or until their star QB left? Who? and who are u going to bring in here to replace Miles? These are decisions that the administration has to make and you are graded on how that turns out. Are u ok with what has transpired these last 3 months? Im not at all.
So you dang right Im blaming Alleva. You cant Miles for this, so who do u blame? Would like to hear your answer and the answer to who are u going to bring in here after Miles.

Alleva's intentions, mean squat. These are things that all must be considered if you are competent before you dare take that path. You cant make rookie mistakes in a multi million dollar business, thats LSU football and keep your job most places.

But youre right, Alleva should take no blame in completely screwing up a program that was a QB away from being stellar.
Since he was trying to run off the coach and thats what u want, its not his fault.

But now after we have already pretty much destroyed the program, lets leak out all the guys that Miles interviewed for the DC job and really put a nail in the coffin.
Why would any competent AD do this?

To try to win 400k that you screwed up in the first place? Being a competent leader means u have to do whats best for the program not youre little ego!
U must throw in the towel after its been proven that the contract was altered and its 50/50 at best that u will recoup a dime! Who cares anyway at this point? That ship sailed with the Miles debacle. We have much bigger things to worry about than that at this point. Lets start making wise decisions at this point forward.

Chavis did have the right to go anywhere else, thats called leverage. Can u blame him for taking the money and getting a better deal? what would u do? It had gotten personal with Alleva. Chavis is a strong man and had options. Things happen when u mess with the big boys. Look at how Saban handled the Alabama boys when they began messing with him? At least, they were competent enough to back the hell up afterwards and get on with winning.

This is the best AD LSU can find? You and I couldve handled this better than this.

What has Alleva he ever done to put him in charge of handling the termination of a legend? We saw how he handled the Lacrosse situation. How many more screw up does he get?

My word just terminate him and lets get on with the tasks at hand. Keeping this weasel around is damaging this program beyond belief and some of u are taking up for this guy because you want the HC gone?

If Miles wasnt owed 15 million, he would tell them to kiss his butt, but he isnt going to let them win and not get paid. He's in a no win situation. He'll go down with the ship before he lets these guys win. Its sad, it didnt have have to be like this.
