is the grout sealed? there's a sealer that you can buy at lowe's/home depot and pretty easily seal the grout. this is also great for changing the color or refreshing the color of the grout on on older stuff. we had our master bath remodeled about 2 years ago and i sealed all of it myself and have barely needed tilex or anything like that.

ETA:it's a small bottle of sealer and you choose the color and use this applicator thingy

probably not. the rocks themselves get little black mildew spots as well so are you saying the sealer would take care of that too?
