I'll hit 350 for 3-4 reps this week.

I slacked off on squats after I strained my left hamstring 6-7 weeks ago hitting 285x5 on Front Squats. A huge knot at the top that limited my range of motion. It's almost 100% good to go.

Biggest lesson I learned this last year was to eat like a horse. I gained 15 lbs.

Nice!

I've cut way back on volume and my strength and joints are thanking me!

But I've been gaining a little extra weight. I just really want to hit 1400
