re: Springfield XDS

I have one in .45 auto. They don't conceal very well. However I have never had a FTE or FTF whether I used 185 or 230 grain. They are pretty well balanced in my hand and most of all I would trust that it will perform if I ever needed it.

Works well for my truck gun or quick access safe. I have 3 children under 7 so leaving any guns out is not an option. I have a few nicer pistols so I don't mind this one getting beat up a little. I know the XD can handle it.

My wife picked out a G19 for "her" gun a couple years ago, but she always chooses the XD as her favorite when we go shoot out back.

It's times like that I remember it's best to not to ever piss her off. Especially when she empties the mag on our paper targets cock n balls.
