I would hope McMillan gets a fair look, but based on how Miles and company have handled QB competitions in the past, would strongly doubt it.
That also goes for Franks or any other QB signee in the upcoming recruiting class--let's see some real competition and the starter have to truly earn the job.

My girlfriends roommate (no pics for either) is really good friends with him since they went to the same high school. Met him. Seems like a nice person. And the reports hay say he's the better fundamental quarterback. I wouldn't mind him being our guy.
