His contract has very little REAL guaranteed money. It could easily be negotiated.

But why would Kaep do that? If he is traded, he just tells the other team to honor his contract or cut him.
His agent could negotiate with 31 teams not just one. If he is going to take a pay cut, he will chose the team he is going to not the 49ers.
