Lots.

McNulty has been in lots of shite (notably 300).
Daniels was on Lost and Fringe, among other things.
Levy is now in weird arse comercials.
Nicky Sobatka has been in some shite (recently one of the soldiers in 13 Hours)
Frank Sobatka was already famous (in movies here and there...I think in 8MM with Nic Cage)
Carver has been in some shite (notably TWD as Gabriel)
Avon Barksdale was also already famous, but that dude is in a lot of shite since.
The newspaper boss was in Breaking Bad (among other things I assume)
Rawls is in lots of shite.
Beadie was in The Office and some movies.

That's off the top of my head. I'm sure there are a lot more. I don't know if anybody's careers "took off" after The Wire, but many people have been successful.
