Too bad Bert didn't have the ability to force the OL coach to stay, too. Must suck to know that the only way to keep your better coaches is through contractual coercion.

The OL coach left bc Bert forced out the shitty OC (Chaney) you just hired. Pittman was butt hurt over his hefty brother being asked to go elsewhere.
