1) Juries are comprised of people too stupid to get out of jury duty. That we put so much responsibility on their shoulders is troubling.
2) When you see injustices such as Casey Anthony walking around free, it is absolutely frustrating.
3) We simply have too many criminals and too much crime to do anything like this. In all actuality if someone is let go they usually frick up again so it all works out. See: OJ.
